All incidents or allegations of suspected abuse or concerns about the safety of minors or vulnerable adults are required to be reported immediately to appropriate governmental agencies as required by law. In addition, our internal Report of Suspected Abuse or Notice of Concern should be completed as appropriate and submitted to the Territorial Legal Department for the purpose of receiving legal advice in compliance with, and for the purposes described in, The Salvation Army's policies.
